Design process / timeline

Discovery

An online questionnaire form that we provide asks important questions that we need answered so that we can put a creative design concept together. At this stage you inform us about what you're looking for in a website and gather page content.

Strategy

Strategy is paramount to your online success. This is where we map out how customers will navigate your website. Our aim is not only to present the information simply, but also increase your page traffic, inquiry results and sales.

Creative Design

Following the information from the discovery stage, we will spend quality time researching and designing a quality concept for you. We offer unlimited design edits in this stage as a creative guarantee. We never charge extra for initial design changes!

Development

Once the design concept is approved, we will develop the complete website and all of the associated pages, including interactive data and special apps. We will provide you with a link to review the site's functionality once the website is complete!

Launch Website

When your site is approved and tested, we will conduct a thorough launch process in order to bring the website online! Domain name configuration and hosting is setup, your payment plan begins and your new website goes live!

Support

We offer a complimentary 30-day update service! Any tweaks that you'd like to make, or last minute content that you need added to your new site can be added. Our team will continue to support you as you learn the inner workings of your new site!
